Manufacturer Workmanship Support

Written order documentation may describe limited manufacturer workmanship support for approved custom jewelry orders. This support addresses verified manufacturing or workmanship issues connected to production, setting, clasp work, finishing, or structural craftsmanship after inspection by 1Luxury Miami.

Workmanship support does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, impact damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, resizing or modification by another jeweler, chemical exposure, or damage caused after delivery. Any support determination requires inspection by 1Luxury Miami.

Miami clients may request private appointments for an in-person design experience. Nationwide clients can start remotely through the 1Luxury design form, a private invoice request, or a concierge consultation.

Local clients can book a private Miami appointment, while remote clients can move through the same concierge process from anywhere in the United States.
