This guarantee is designed to support clients in the rare event of a verified manufacturing or workmanship issue connected to production, setting, clasp work, finishing, or structural craftsmanship.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, impact damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, resizing or modification by another jeweler, chemical exposure, or damage caused after delivery. Final guarantee approval requires inspection by 1Luxury Miami.
