Shipping and delivery arrangements are confirmed per order. Timing depends on whether an item is ready to ship, made to order, custom manufactured, or sourced for a specific client.
Processing and production
Ready-to-ship items generally require order review and payment verification before release. Custom and made-to-order timelines begin after the required deposit, final specifications, and design approvals are received. Estimates may change because of sourcing, production complexity, revisions, client approval timing, or circumstances outside 1Luxury Miami's control.
Insured delivery coordination
Eligible high-value orders may receive tracked, signature-required, and insured shipping when confirmed in the written invoice or order documentation. Insurance, carrier, service level, delivery restrictions, and signature requirements are determined per shipment and are not automatically included with every item.
Address and identity verification
Customers must provide a correct, secure delivery address and any requested identity or payment verification. Address changes after payment may require additional review. High-value shipments may require an adult signature and may not be eligible for forwarding, rerouting, or unattended delivery.
Delivery issues
Report suspected loss, damage, or delivery irregularities immediately and preserve all packaging, photos, video, tracking information, and carrier documentation. 1Luxury Miami will assist with available records and any eligible carrier or insurance process, but claim outcomes are determined under the applicable carrier and coverage terms.
Miami pickup
Private pickup is available only after written appointment and release confirmation. Valid identification and payment verification may be required.
International orders
International availability is reviewed per item. The customer is responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, customs requirements, and import restrictions unless the written invoice states otherwise.
