1Luxury Miami ships luxury jewelry, watches, and custom pieces with security and care. Shipping times may vary depending on whether the product is ready to ship, made to order, custom, or sourced upon request.
Processing Times
Processing times depend on the item type:
Ready-to-ship items: usually process within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items: production time may vary depending on the piece.
Custom jewelry: timeline is confirmed after design approval, deposit, and production review.
Luxury watches and sourced items: availability and shipping timeline must be confirmed before fulfillment.
Custom Production Timelines
Custom jewelry may require time for design, CAD modeling, approval, casting, setting, polishing, quality control, and final inspection.
Estimated timelines may change depending on material availability, diamond or gemstone sourcing, complexity of the design, revisions, or client approval delays.
Insured Shipping
High-value items may be shipped with insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. For security reasons, 1Luxury Miami may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. 1Luxury Miami is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, forwarding issues, or failed delivery attempts.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that an item was delivered, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues. 1Luxury Miami may assist with available documentation where possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Valid identification may be required for pickup of high-value items.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on certain items. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Delays
1Luxury Miami is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
