These terms govern use of 1luxurymiami.com and purchases from 1Luxury Miami, together with the item description, specifications, and written terms agreed before payment. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence. Updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights or promises applicable to an existing order.
Products, configuration, and availability
Review the selected metal, karat, color, stone type and origin, size, dimensions, included components, price, and fulfillment information before ordering. Fully specified standard jewelry configurations may be available for direct checkout, including clearly described made-to-order items. Availability to order does not necessarily mean a finished piece is in stock. Bespoke changes and unpriced or sourced requests require separate confirmation before payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a clearly identified currency display states otherwise. Applicable tax, shipping, and approved optional charges are disclosed before payment. Estimates are not final invoices. Changes to an accepted order's specifications, price, or timing require agreement; a price change on the website does not silently change an already accepted order. If an error prevents fulfillment as agreed, we will contact you about a proposed correction or cancellation and any required refund.
Use only a payment method currently available at checkout or separately verified by 1Luxury Miami. A payment logo, financing statement, inquiry form, or private-invoice request does not guarantee that a method or financing is available or that payment has been accepted. Financing is subject to the provider's availability and eligibility requirements. Payment must be verified before release unless otherwise agreed. Gold payment or trade credit requires inspection, testing, valuation, and written approval.
Quote-only items
Watches and jewelry priced above $9,900 per item are not offered for normal online checkout. Contact our concierge to confirm the item and a permitted separate payment arrangement. A deposit or balance request does not change the underlying item's full price or make an otherwise restricted item eligible for online payment.
Custom work and documentation
Before payment for a bespoke order, the written quote must identify the agreed design and specifications, full price, deposit and balance if applicable, estimated dispatch timing, and cancellation terms. Obtain agreement to revisions before additional work or charges. See our Custom Order Policy.
Natural, laboratory-grown, treated, and simulated stone descriptions must match the agreed item. A grading report, appraisal, certificate, box and papers, or other documentation is included only when specifically stated in the item offer or agreed before payment. Estimated weights and dimensions are distinguished from finished measurements. Photographs and disclosed design renderings may show representative variations; a rendering disclaimer does not permit substitution of a materially different item without your agreement.
Independent watch sourcing
1Luxury Miami is an independent watch sourcing and concierge business, not an authorized dealer for third-party watch brands unless expressly stated. The specific watch's reference, condition, configuration, availability, and included documentation are confirmed before a separate purchase arrangement.
Shipping, cancellation, and refunds
Our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. Final-sale and deposit terms do not exclude required remedies for non-delivery, defects, incorrect goods, qualifying shipment delays, or other rights provided by law. No general disclaimer transfers all delivery responsibility to the customer once an item leaves our premises.
Website use, privacy, and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate ordering and contact details. Do not submit full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or identity documents through ordinary inquiry forms. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Website branding, designs, and media belong to 1Luxury Miami or their respective rights holders. Do not commercially reproduce protected material without permission. Any restriction or limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
