Products, listings, and availability
Product availability, pricing, condition, metal and stone details, weights, dimensions, documentation, timelines, and fulfillment terms are subject to confirmation. A displayed product or price does not guarantee current availability or acceptance of an order.
Jewelry and stone documentation
Metal, diamond, gemstone, grading-report, appraisal, and other documentation is confirmed per item. References to GIA, IGI, certificates, grading reports, box and papers, authenticity documentation, or appraisals apply only when specifically included in the final quote, invoice, or item documentation.
Watch sourcing and verification
1Luxury Miami is an independent sourcing and concierge business and is not an authorized dealer for third-party watch brands unless expressly stated. Year, condition, reference, bracelet, box and papers, service history, source status, verification support, and documentation are confirmed per listing before invoice.
Custom orders
Custom orders may require deposits, written approvals, CAD or design review, production timelines, and balance payments. Changes after approval may affect price and timing. Once work begins, custom orders are generally non-cancellable and final sale except for a verified company error or another written agreement.
Pricing and payment
Prices may change because of gold, diamond, gemstone, watch-market, sourcing, labor, tax, shipping, or other cost changes. Payment methods and payment deadlines are confirmed in the applicable invoice. Payment must be verified before release or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timing is estimated unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Eligible insured or signature-required shipping is confirmed per order and is subject to carrier and coverage terms.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, copy, product designs, media, and other materials belong to 1Luxury Miami or their respective authorized owners and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protections.
