1Luxury Miami Refund Policy

At 1Luxury Miami, all jewelry, watches, custom pieces, personalized items, special orders, and made-to-order products are handled with care, craftsmanship, and verification. Because many of our products involve precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, luxury watches, custom labor, sourcing, and client-specific production, our refund policy is designed to protect both the client and the business.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final once payment is submitted, unless otherwise approved in writing by 1Luxury Miami.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom jewelry
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Name pendants
  • Cuban link chains
  • Diamond pieces
  • Watches 
  • Special orders
  • Sourced items
  • Modified, resized, engraved, or altered items
  • Items purchased with crypto or alternative payment methods

Custom Orders and Deposits

Deposits for custom orders are generally non-refundable. Deposits may be used toward design work, CAD modeling, sourcing, gold, diamonds, gemstones, labor, production, setting, polishing, consultations, or other preparation costs.

Once custom work has started, the client is responsible for the agreed balance unless 1Luxury Miami approves another arrangement in writing.

Store Credit

In certain cases, 1Luxury Miami may offer store credit at its discretion. Store credit may be used toward future purchases, upgrades, custom work, or other approved items.

Store credit is not guaranteed and must be approved by 1Luxury Miami.

Company Error

If there is a verified company error with an order, 1Luxury Miami will review the issue and may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Adjustment
  • Store credit
  • Partial credit
  • Refund, only if approved by 1Luxury Miami

Any claim of error must be submitted in writing with clear photos, videos, order information, and a description of the issue.

Watches and Pre-Owned Items

Luxury watches, pre-owned items, and sourced items may show normal signs of wear unless specifically described as brand new. All watch purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once sourcing, production, customization, shipping, or verification has begun.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from 1Luxury Miami, the customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
