1Luxury Miami Refund Policy

Jewelry, watches, custom pieces, personalized items, sourced items, deposits, and made-to-order products are handled according to the final written specifications and invoice for each order.

Final-sale items

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, sourced, made-to-order, and special-order items are generally final sale once payment is submitted or work begins, unless 1Luxury Miami approves another resolution in writing or there is a verified company error.

Deposits and custom work

Deposits may be applied to consultation, design, CAD work, sourcing, materials, stones, labor, production preparation, and administration. Deposits are generally non-refundable once any of that work begins.

Verified company error

If an order materially differs from its confirmed written specifications because of a verified company error, 1Luxury Miami will review supporting photos, video, order records, and written approvals. Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include repair, adjustment, replacement, store credit, partial credit, or refund.

Watches and pre-owned items

Condition, year, box and papers, service history, bracelet configuration, documentation, and other listing details are confirmed per item before invoice. Pre-owned items may show wear consistent with the confirmed condition. Watch and sourced-item purchases are final unless the written invoice states otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after sourcing, design, production, customization, verification, or shipping begins.
