Crypto Payment Policy
1Luxury Miami may accept cryptocurrency payments through BitPay or another approved third-party crypto payment provider.
Crypto payments are subject to payment confirmation, fraud review, compliance review, and order verification before any item is released, shipped, customized, sourced, or fulfilled.
1Luxury Miami does not store customer crypto wallet keys, private keys, or seed phrases. Crypto transactions are processed through the approved payment provider.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency price changes, network confirmations, blockchain activity, and third-party processing, crypto payments may require additional verification time.
All purchases made with cryptocurrency are subject to the same policies as other payment methods, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Custom Order Policy.
For custom jewelry, made-to-order items, sourced items, luxury watches, modified items, and special orders, all sales are final unless otherwise approved in writing by 1Luxury Miami.
If a refund, credit, adjustment, or cancellation is approved, 1Luxury Miami may issue the resolution as store credit, replacement, repair, partial credit, or another approved method at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and may not be issued in the same cryptocurrency or same crypto amount due to market fluctuations and processing rules.
Orders paid with crypto may be delayed, canceled, or declined if the payment is incomplete, underpaid, overpaid, flagged for review, or not fully confirmed by the payment provider.
