Once the assortment, specifications, pricing, and delivery route are approved in writing, 1Luxury Miami issues a personalized Shopify invoice to the verified purchaser. The invoice becomes the controlling payment record for the order.

Wholesale eligibility does not automatically create a tax exemption. Applicable sales tax, international duties, brokerage, shipping, and import responsibility are confirmed from the purchaser documentation and delivery route before the invoice is finalized.

Order Standards

What the Final Invoice Confirms

  • Legal purchaser and business name, billing contact, itemized products, quantities, and approved prices in U.S. dollars.
  • Metal, stone origin and quality, carat-weight or manufacturing tolerances, dimensions, lengths, settings, clasps, and included documentation.
  • Stock status or made-to-order production schedule, quote validity, cancellation or final-sale terms, warranty or defect procedure, and packaging.
  • Deposit, balance, and cleared-payment requirements; tax treatment; insured shipping; customs, duties, brokerage, and import responsibility.
  • Final quality-control photos or video when included in the written order terms, followed by release according to the approved delivery method.
A portal request is not an order confirmation and does not reserve merchandise, guarantee production capacity, establish tax-exempt status, or authorize a charge. Only the final written quote and Shopify invoice issued by 1Luxury Miami control the transaction.
